I'm just getting back to crocheting after a long time, and I'm finding reasonably priced yarn much harder to come by these days. So, I've been looking on the internet-- does anyone have any experience with the Mill Ends that are available on ebay? Are the prices good or bad, and is it good stuff? Thanks!

never bought it on Ebay so I haven't checked their prices. I have bought the one pound bag of mill ends at AC Moore - their selection at times vary but I have picked up Lion Brand Homespun, Caron Soft, and cotton yarn in these bags. You need to have some idea of what you want to do with it but often the bag has more than one color so you need to search the bins. It is generally $5-6 a bag and there is usually a 40% off coupon each week that you can use. Happy Hunting!

I've read many favorable comments about this site on another forum, tho haven't ordered any myself. I've run out of space ;-)
Here is a link that might be useful: Another mill end site
