I'd love to make those! You did a great job; the faces are so cute. What pattern and yarn did you use? I like that fuzzy yarn.

How will the boys tell them apart?

I got the pattern off of the web. Where I don't know. I found the increases and decreases for the face hard to understand so I figured a way to do it and kept a copy on file.

It is knit on 4 needles. Basically you knit 2 tubes for the legs and join the stitches, half fron each leg and then the other halves for the body, decrease for the neck, knit the head and end straight. Then you go back and sew down diagonally for the ears and embroider the face. I used satin stitch for the nose, chain stitch for the mouth and lazy daizy stitch for the eyes. I stuffed it with quilt batting I had so they are completely washable.

One ended up with a slightly crocked mouth so they weren't hard to tell apart--not that the boys minded. They never said this is mine and that's yours, whichever one was close at hand was theirs

If you want the pattern---enable e-mails on your profile and I'll send it to you
