crochet tea cozy

I am looking for a teacozy made with thread rather than yarn. maybe pineapple pattern or other victorian style. I'd prefer a one that the pot sits in, with a drawstring at the top and slits on the sides for spout and handle. hope something out there exists.

RE: crochet tea cozy

Carousel, I wonder if a thread tea cozy would have enough thickness to it to actually keep the tea all that warm. It would have to be a thick stitch like all popcorn or clusters to offer any insulation.
