Has anyone knitted the Baby's First Sweater from
http://www.craftyarncouncil.com
I got up to neck: Row 13 ok but next row I don't understand--
"Bind off 24 sts. at beginning of row, work across row. OK this far but--
Working in Garter St at front edge work 27 sts to match back to Garter St border
Thanks for any help.

you r picking up stitches from the right side as if to knit on the front of sweater so it is actually the front opening
