Help with Bobby's Square

I have this pattern printed out, but somehow, I am missing part of Round 4 and all of Round 5. If you have this pattern, could you please give me the instructions for Round 5 and the rest of Round 4? The link for this pattern is no longer working and I have no idea where I would find it to get this round. I have this much of Round 4: Ch 3, dc in space, *dc in next 11 dc, 2 dc in loop, ch 4, 2 dc in and then it stops. Thanks for any help you can give.
