| I would like to know if there are any links or sources to help you to learn to read a knitting pattern.I just bought a knitting machine and and have never knitted or done any
Crocheting so this is like greek to me. I have done loaded and printed out the abbreviations.....any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Red |

| Hand knitting and knitting machines are not identical. I have had a knitting machine and I hand knit. Contact the manufacture of the machine and they should have a book telling you what their symbols mean. For hand knitting-send me an e-mail(lkisser@comcast.net)That's an "L" not a "1" and I'll send you a booklet that explains it pretty well. |
