Desperately seeking a pattern

I had a book with a pattern for a 'guardian angel' that you hang on the headboard of a crib. The angel is crocheted only from the breast to the top of the head, and that part attaches onto wings that are crocheted seperately. I believe the pattern came from a hardback book because some of the pattern is printed on page 81 of whatever book it came from. I scanned the pattern and saved it in my computer, then got rid of the book. Unfortunately, I apparently missed the last page of the pattern! I have this angel 3/4 done and can't finish it without the rest of the pattern! I would certainly appreciate any help!
