| I went to my Dollar Tree for some bungee cords and noticed they had Incredible Ribbon yarn - bought 6 (Sunday) but only needed less than 5 to make the Lion Brand Ribbon Poncho for a beach wedding. Never used this before but the end result is much nicer than I expected. AC Moore sells it for $6 so at $1 a spool, I really got a bargain. Check your store since changeover in these places is quick. Oh, they also had some Fur series: Fun, Festive, and Fancy. |

| Susan, I keep seeing people post about the incredible yarn bargains they are getting at their Dollar Tree stores, and I am so envious. I have never once seen any at ours. Pictures, please. |

| Donna, my mom is always finding super deals on yarn at Big Lots, and they never have any at the store near me, either! :( Maybe I don't go at the right time of day or something... Donna |

| here's a picture - no one home to model but you can see the colors and texture in the snapshot view. Went again today to purchase the black/silver/grey for myself - this one is for my San Diego girl for a wedding at the beach at Torrey Pines - will also make a drawstring bag with what I have left over Poncho  colors/texture  |
