JuJu pants my first project in years

Do you all introduce yourself first?
Well, I just became a great grandmother and it has been almost thirteen years since I picked up a knitting needle. Actually, I decided to knit my one of three granddaughters a sweater to replace the one she wore summer and winter almost every day it wasn't in the wash. I repaired it a few times. I spent weeks finding just the right pattern -- one she would like and easy enough for me to finish before school starts in Aug. Now I don't know what I did with that pattern.

In the meantime, I'm itching to knit for the first great grandson Found this pattern called JuJu designed by Kendra Nitta.

The little girl wearing the JuJu pants couldn't be sweeter.

Welcome! I am Vique from Pa., and those little pants are adorable. I have a great granddaughter who would fit into them perfectly. The little girl in the picture is adorable. Vique.

Vique,
Thanks for the 'Welcome'. The reason I especially like this pattern is that the extra space (instead of a gusset) is part of the pattern, knitting in the round.
