Here's 2 baby blankets I just completed. Very plain and simple. No patterns, just made them up as I went along ~ lol.

Those are both very pretty! I wish I had learned to crochet - I never could get the hang of it. I'm "just a knitter!" :-)

What size are the blankets? What yarn did you use? I love that soft blue color...

Sheesh....I only wish I could become proficient at knitting! There seems to be so many more patterns. About the only big project I knitted was a fair-isle sweater on a round needle. I was never so happy to finish it.

I tend to knit "holes" if you get my drift. Never learned how to pick up dropped stitches very well, s-o-o, I became a crocheter where all you crochet is holes :)

Both blankets are approximately 38" x 30". The white one was made with a cotton/acrylic blend yarn and the blue one was made with Bernat 'Soft Bouclé'.
