Anyone know of a pattern for a snoodie?

Follow-Up Postings:

RE: snoodie

Are you talking about something like a cowl, smoke ring, or moebius? Knit or Crochet? I think I can help you.

RE: snoodie

A crocheted snood???? I have seen them. Suggest you google them.

RE: snoodie

I want to knit it. It's something like a tube shape and it serves as a scarf and hat in one piece.

RE: snoodie

That sounds like a smoke ring and sometimes a cowl.

Here are a few links.

I have a couple more at home. Send me an email if you'd like me to send them to you.

RE: snoodie

Thanks for the links Donna. I like the first one best, it's just what I need to keep next to my beside table for the cold nights! I'd never heard of them before today, so simple and so cozy looking. I have some great yarn that will be just perfect for one. With another winter storm blowing in, I'm going to need it tonight!
