Convert Knit to Crochet

Can anyone recommend a book or website that will show me how to convert knit to crochet. I know... I should just take the time to learn to knit but that isn't really working out so well right now. I have knitted before but it is extremely slow for me and I get all tangled up. Most people who see me crochet are marveled at my speed so I am used to getting projects done very quickly.
But I would like to try some of the knit patterns if I could figure out how to convert.

| I have books entitled Camel Crochet Method which converts crocheting to knitting using crochet hooks. These have been very helpful to me. |
