I remember as a child wearing a crocheted cape (not a poncho) and I am looking for a pattern to make my daughter. The cape was buttoned down the front and had slits for the hands. I found a very old posting on this group where the person asked for a very similar item and someone metioned Crochet World Dec 2003 had a pattern. I have yet to find/buy this issue to check it out. I have found a couple of adult patterns - but looking for a childs one, the pattern my mother used would had been something from the 70's. Thanks for any info
