While doing some work I came across this pattern. I thought it was very similar to your pattern. If you go to www.plymouthyarn.com and search pattern p630 you can see if it will work for you. It looks to me to be in sections but sewing pieces together isn't hard. I'm sure you'll be able to do it. It is from Vogue knitting - Knit simple fall catalog.

Depending on where you are you can find the store that sells this yarn and then you'd have to ask at the store if they could get the pattern for you. Good luck.
