Help with Crochet Pattern

Hi, I have a crochet pattern that I have had for years but am just now trying to make. It is called "Long Crochet with Pockets Cardigan". It is long and pink and does use long sc stitches. I have deleted all size instructions except for the Large size on the pattern and now need the Small and Medium size instructions.I have the whole pattern except for the size changes. Does anyone have this pattern that might be able to help me? I have a picture of it but do not know if it is allowed to upload just the picture of the sweater. Any help will be gratly appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have the manufacturer of the pattern? Or the suggested yarn name? If so, go to their web site(s) and do a search, or click on the link to contact them. They should be able to help.
