| I just finished crocheting a hooded scarf. It's simple really just alternating 2 rows of double crochet and 4 rows of single crochet and at each end I did several rows of puff stitches edged by daisy stitch. I made it long enough to fold it in half and join the top ten inches together for the hood, leaving the tails to wrap around the neck. It's a pretty periwinkle blue TLC cotton plus yarn. I want to add some kind of decoration to it. I thought about maybe edging it in an offwhite yarn, but started it and didn't like it. I'm wondering if there is something I can add to the scarf itself, I haven't thought of. Not glitter or buttons. Any ideas? |

| Thank you Dana, that's a good idea. I ended up putting 4 mm glass pearls about every two inches along the edges of the scarf and randomly on the scarf itself. Looks nice. It took about 200 pearls to do this at a cost of about $ 10.00. |
