How to make labels for your work?

Today on the PBS show Sewing with Nancy, she used CD software that allows you to make your own labels and hang tags for your gifts and crafts.

Has anyone used something like this-- where you put paper backed cloth into your computer printer and make your own labels?
Her CD had graphics and clip art to choose and it used Word to place text in a text box.
Does anyone know where to get something like this?
I did not see it on her web site.

I did a gooogle search for "print labels on cloth" and found this. Looks like fun!
