How Many Rows to a Ridge?

Posted by blueheron (My Page) on

I am making a Button-Up Hat that has ridges in the pattern. I am using another color for the ridge which starts on the WS row. Do I knit one row to make the ridge or two?

If I knit just one row of the second color, the MC yarn is on the wrong side.

I think I figured it out that a ridge consists of ONE row.

I think of ridges as being two rows if you are knitting all rows.
