Patterns for Build A Bear outfits?

My daughter LOVES her Build A Bear friends and really wants her mommy to make her some outfits for them (I crochet). Unfortunately, I'm having a bit of trouble finding suitable patterns. Size-wise, the bears wear a preemie or maybe small newborn size, but most of the patterns that I find are booties and hats-- no dresses, etc. Does anyone have any experience with this or know where I find some good outfits that I can crochet for the bears? Thanks so much!!!!!
