itty bitty patterns for premature baby

My friend's grandson was born 4 months premature. He weighs 1 1/2 pounds and is 12 inches long. I would like to make some tiny booties and hats for when she can dress him when he comes home. I assume that will be at 5 pounds or so. He is doing well, and I thought I would make some extra small things for him. My own DD who just had a 7 pound baby really liked extra small booties that would fit our DGS, so I figure this mother will really appreciate small items. Does anyone have any really tiny premature baby patterns? Online? Or have you reduced baby patterns? Advice?

I am trying to reduce the smallest sock booties I made for DGS to teeny for him. Not sure what I am aiming for.
