| It looks like Tilting Blocks See Blocks link for another example The stitch pattern is in Barbara Walker's 2nd Treasury of Stitch Patterns and also in the book _Scarf Style_ called Midwest Moonlight Scarf or a Fleece Artist pattern called Storm Water Scarf |
