Just can't picture this crochet stitch!

This is from a pattern from Lion Brand.

"FPSC (front post single crochet) Insert hook from front to back then to front, going around the indicated stitch post, draw up a loop, yo and draw through 2 loops on hook "

I know this is wrong, but all I can picture is going "front to back then to front" as doing nothing but pulling your hook out, LOL. Can someone explain this stitch for me in a better way? TIA

Here is a video showing DOUBLE CROCHET so instead of doing
the Double Crochet DO THE SINGLE CROCHET AS PATTERN STATES

I'm bookmarking that website too! Many of the patterns I have give illustrations for the "unusual" stitches to be made, but many of the older ones don't. It is SO helpful to actually see someone do the stitch. Thank you very much for this link.
