| thankyou for your help, will search for the book which I believe is possibly an American print, we don't (here in UK) seem to be able to get many of your patterns, but will have a try. many thanks again. best wishes judith |

It is available for as little as about $9.00 US at Amazon.com and is a fabulous book that I have used for 30 years...it's really the first time knitting sort of made sense to me. | I think you'll really love it. Funny thing, when I was surfing around the net, looking, I came across the same copy that I use...and, I still have my dust cover...a bit tattered, but okay. It was published in 1971, and was on sale for, if I remember right, $75.00.. gave me a giggle....the books I use every day are now worth a 'bit of the ready'...just shows, if we live long enough, even our books will be worth something! lol |
