handwarmer

The classrooms at my college are delightfully cold. I saw these on Knitty and just HAD to make them. Only one is pictured, but I did finish the second one. It was my first attempt at cabling, which I enjoyed.

The yarn is some handspun I bought from a lovely lady in Eugene, Oregon. The varigated is mostly merino wool, with a bit of angora and the teal is merino wool.

How pretty! You did a great job!
I crochet, but would love to learn to knit someday.
They will keep you warm.
