| My DD is 2 and 1/2 and is a bit of a tom boy (since birth), so those tiny elastic bands we can find a dollar stores are not going to happen for her. I brought out some left over cotton yarns (about sport weight I guess) and got creative. Her hair is getting long, but it's still very fine so these are wrapped a few times around the one pony tail she'll tolerate. They're cute, and stay put (more or less). |

| Thanks, they're quick and easy. I find the accessories in stores are just not very inspiring, so I'm always trying to find ways to make my own, or stuff for my daughter. |
