These two have been ill and are still missing. Anyone know what is going on?

I saw pooh bear recently post on another forum, I hope he is still doing better.

I still wonder about cynic he disappeared too.

Thanks Linda, I will be watching for it, and will let you know when it arrives. The box from Kara arrived today! Such a nice surprise! She sent a really cute Iris candle. The candle is in the shape of an Iris plant with a flower, I've never seen anything like that before. A tin of Dog Garden Grass, it comes in a cute miniature metal garbage can. I'll have to start that right away! A pretty smelling bar of Gardners Herbal Hand Soap, a pretty note pad, some plastic baggies for seeds, and some seeds for a Japanese Morning Glory with variegated leaves (that's one that I'll have to start indoors late in the winter!), a tube of Sweet Pea & Papaya lotion, (I am going to be smelling so good for a long time with all the lotions I've received), lotions are one thing a use all the time, so I am so happy with the supply I now have!, and she also sent two Better Homes & Gardens special interest magazines, one is on Gardens, Decks, and Landscaping, the other is Garden Ideas. I will be able to sit back in the fall, and plan for next year!! I have so much work, and so many flower beds I want to add in the back yard next year. I think I will get lots of ideas from these two magazines. Thank you so much Kara!! Deb

1. Have you checked start/settings/control panel/power options/advanced/power button to make sure it is set to shutdown? 2. My motherboard has the same yellow marks for the PCI drivers when the chipset drivers are originally installed but gives instructions to remove them from device manager after installation of SP4. Once that has been done, on a reboot the computer detects and installs them normally. Just a couple of thoughts. Terry

Hi All, I have just recently found quite a lot of patterns on Strawberry shortcake on ebay, as my mum is making a blanket for my sister, I also have a book on care bear cousins and my family have a few other patterens on different things, I have books on disney such as mickey mouse, donald, daisy etc... also heaps on winney the poo. I am looking for patterns on motorbikes and also cute monkeys and hippo's dosent matter what size, I am happy to trade patterns if anyone can assist. Thanks

Oh dear, oh dear. Oh *bother*! How did I miss the DAY? Glad you had a nice celebration and wishing you more lovely days with family visiting. (Well, as much as you WANT them to visit, but that's just me.) What's the first birthday you remember? I can only go back to about age seven and a party at home with about ten classmates-- all GIRLS, of course. We played 'telephone' around the table.

I visit here at least 3 times a day. I just don't post much.
The only new development lately is dizzy spells and fainting.
Oh, and my blood sugar won't come down (350+).

So glad to see you again pooh! Oh wow that is high. Is it possible some of the meds you are taking are contributing? I know prednisone will sure kick it up.

No steroids here. My nurse says it is a combination of too many carbs, no exercise, and my pancreas is not producing enough insulin. I have been taking massive doses of insulin. Sometimes up to 50cc. Most times my blood sugar readings have been over 500. My meter only goes up to 500 then it reads HI. A few nights ago it read over 500 so I took 50cc of insulin. Three hours later I took another reading and it was in the high 300's. So I took 30 more units of insulin (80 units total in 3 hours). The next morning my blood sugar reading was 411. I don't know why it went up during the night.
