Chlorophytum comosum (spider plant, airplane plant) -- remove offsets, put in soil, water as if it already had roots. Tradescantia zebrina (wandering Jew) or Tradescantia pallida (purple heart, purple queen) -- stem cuttings in water or soil (I have better luck with water; your mileage may vary.) Plectranthus nummularius (Swedish ivy), or really any Plectranthus spp. -- stem cuttings in water or soil. Crassula argentea (jade plant) -- stem cuttings, callused for a day or more, planted in very lean soil; individual leaves will also sprout new plants but it takes longer. Peperomia caperata (emerald ripple peperomia) are actually easier to propagate than they are to keep alive in the first place. Leaf cuttings or stem cuttings, in water or soil. Pilea spp. (friendship plant, 'Moon Valley,' creeping Charlie, aluminum plant, others) -- stem cuttings in water have worked best for me. Soil is also possible. Ledebouria socialis (silver squill) -- divide clumps of bulbs and plant individually. Pedilanthus tithymaloides (devil's backbone) -- stem cuttings as described for jade plants. (Sap is somewhat dangerous.) Synadenium grantii (African milk bush) -- stem cuttings as described for jade plants, though I've sometimes skipped the callusing stage and been fine. (Sap is somewhat dangerous.) Hoya carnosa (wax plant) -- stem cuttings in water or soil; water has tended to work better for me, percentage-wise, though I think soil-started plants begin new growth faster. Sansevieria trifasciata (snake plant, mother-in-law's tongue) -- division, or cut a leaf into sections about 3-4 inches long and plant them in soil. Water sparingly at first and keep in brightish light. Slow, but almost always works. Syngonium podophyllum (arrowhead vine) -- stem cuttings in water. Epipremnum aureum (pothos) -- stem cuttings in water; I have trouble transferring these to soil but other people seem to do it just fine. Kalanchoe daigremontiana (mother of thousands) -- plantlets from the edge of mature leaves can be removed and potted up on their own. Hatiora salicornioides (drunkard's dream) -- stem cuttings planted in soil. Saxifraga stolonifera -- offsets laid on soil which is kept moist will root about 80-90% of the time
