freezer soups

On another thread someone mentioned making and then freezing soups so that they could just pull them out and reheat.

I freeze chili. When I thaw I throw some pasta in (I know there are purist who think that's terrible, but that's the chili I grew up with.) I also make & cook the base of beef veg soup: chuck roast, onions, celery, a can of V8 juice and some water. Then when I want it, I pull it out and throw in some frozen vegetables and cook awhile longer.

Please share your recipes. I'd like to stock my freezer even more.
