What's for Dinner Saturday?

I tried a new chicken dish today. Marinated boneless breasts in a soy/orange juice/garlic/sesame oil for several hours, then sauteed them. Delicious.

I also fried the rest of the bacon, saved most of the grease and sauteed cabbage and onion. Again, delicious.

I had 1 more huge sweet potato.....they were on sale for 45c per lb so half price. Boiled with some Yukon Golds and mashed together. This is a favourite way of eating yams.
