What's for Dinner, Saturday?

Cold and blowy today. We shovelled a couple of times as the landlords were away, then they shovelled again, when they came home.

Tried a new way of making cauliflower. Cauliflower isn't our favourite veggie, so I sauteed some sliced garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil. Dumped in the florets and sauteed them for a bit. Added a some water sauteed/steamed them till the water evaporated and they got a bit caramilzed. Very, very tasty!!!

So caramelized cauliflower with pork chops and an orange juice/brown sugar sauce and a few more latkes that I had leftover from last nites dinner.
