Found a list of different softwares but it didn't have much info on it. Downloaded DriveImage XML and a couple others. I'll give it a try and see how it works out. Thanks for your recommendation.

My son recorded some of the old time radio shows on an MP3 player for me. I loved many of the shows that you mention ... and did someone mention Fred Allen, with his Allen's Alley and all of the characters thereon? His and Bob Hope's humour were somewhat sharper, and on occasion somewhat more risqué, that was Fibber McGee and Molly or Jack Benny and Mary Livingstone. With radio ... you paint your own pictures (says this addict of our national radio system). We didn't get TV through western Canada till the early 50s. Once just before that a group of us Univ. students were travelling from Saskatoon through Christmas en route to a post-Christmas Christian/missionary/world concerns conference in Kansas when the bus made a late-evening stop at a roadhouse somewhere in n. Minnesota. There was some discussion of whether anyone would get off to stretch legs, but closeted and more or less comfortable under our coats as we were, no one seemed much interested ... ... but when someone went into the bar and came back to announce at the door of the bus that "They have TV!" ... ... you should have seen the (wingless) coats fly! ole joyful

I don't know if it's available in itunes for iOS (never looked), but on a mac itunes has an internet radio section, and if you go there and click the Eclectic tab there are a couple of stations that broadcast old-time content, but it takes a lot of hunting to find them. ETA There is internet radio in iOS, but it's not categorized the same way, so you'd need to know what you want before you go looking.

Most landscaping software either has a steep learning curve or is seriously lacking from everything I have read here. Most aren't free, particularly those that have the potential to be useful. Instead consider some other options. One of the posters on this forum uses the MS Paint that comes with Windows computers and a stylus to draw on photos he has uploaded. You can look at info or consult with a good quality garden center on particular plants to find ones that suit the size and texture that you want, but the sketches can give a feel for where you want plants and hardscape of various sizes and types. I tend to use graph paper in map/plan form and make a bunch of copies, put in actual or planned hardscape and important aspects of the home's architecture such as window and door locations, and then make to-size outlines (also in birdseye view) of plants and move them around until locations seem to fit what I want, basically like a blueprint for the garden. I work on a computer making maps professionally, so would just as soon spend my leisure time with analog plans. You will want to do a measured plan view regardless to be sure that things will fit in the space allotted, but many folks need a sketch to help visualize how the plan view will look from ground level. You can usually get a plot plan from the city planning department, often on line, but google maps or google earth can be helpful as well as a starting point for plans.
