perfecter infomercial

OK, I have never ever bought anything from an infomercial but today I saw the perfecter hair brush/wand? on TV. I would like to try this but of course being the scary cat I am about buying anything from infomercials, I won't order it. Have any of you ordered this product and does it work? Is there anything else in stores or Amazon that would do the same thing?

Be extremely careful if use this kind of product. I had one very similar to this one when I had long hair. It got stuck in my hair so tight there was no way to remove it. We tried everything, pulling small groups of hair, we tried dry we tried wet there was absolutely no way to get it out other than cutting the hair. I didn't do anything strange when curling the strand on the brush, no idea why it suddenly did that. But if you go check reviews you will find several people who had the exact same experience. I was devastated to cut my hair at the root which is where it locked up at. Never again.
I see multiple people on amazon saying the same thing, think about how many didn't post comments about their experiences.
I threw it in the trash.

Just had to register so I could add a word about growing grass on concrete. On the 50th anniversary of the first plant patent, the U.S. Patent Office rolled in grass over their entire concrete plaza. No dirt was used other than what was on the back of the sod. As I recall, the grass was in place for at least 3 months and and it grew well and had to be mowed regularly. Their was a specific watering and feeding schedule established to account for the lack of soil. If I remember correctly, the Scott's company was one of the main sponsors. By all accounts the grass grew really well on concrete. Sorry, that I cannot find a internet link easily on the story. So to all those out their who are so sure grass can't grow on concrete, use that imagination to consider what might be or is possible. After all, someone has already patented a lawnmower that cuts your grass with laser beams.

I have had mine about 2 years. Main reason I decided on this one is its size and weight. I am a female with some back problems, so I needed something like this. I haven't had any problems with my battery charging yet, but I do know it will fade over time. I am sure to keep the battery stored in my home away from extreme temperatures so maybe that is why it has lasted so long.(I don't overcharge either) It works well for me. I use it to trim up against my home where the lawn mower can't reach. What I really like is not having to deal with oil/gas mixing and pulling a string to start. I push the button and hold the handle and it fires right up.

Billy Mays is rolling over ... Do you want to replace your home grill with one of these things? One would probably be pretty cool so long as you have electrical power available outside where you grill. Being able to set the thermostat and walk away for 5 hours while your ribs cook at 190Âº is pretty awesome, but having to keep bags of wood pellets around is not. I am not sure that there is enough advantage to that to induce me to give up on my gas grill. Plus, I am not a fan of overly smoked meats; there is enough flavor in the smoking a haunch gets over the course of a few hours in the grill to suit me. What I wonder is what is the quality control of wood pellet ingredients? Aren't they designed for use as heating fuel? Do they use bizarre chemicals in the manufacturing process that could get into the food? Selenium Burgers!

of course everyone would like a quick fix but nadine01 is right the only way to really lose the flab and tighten those muscles is healthy eating and exercise and it will take time you didnt get flabby over night and you aint gonna be toned over night either believe me i know i was very small in highschool a size 3 but after high school i got married had babies (4 of em in 5 years lol) my youngest in now 11 and im just now getting back in shape part due to the fact that i hate to exercise and i love to eat but i am getting real close to 40 and i have decided to change for me for once just me so i have been eating right, exercising with weights and doing a lot of walking and learning to drink water until about 6 months ago i had not drank a full glass of water since i was a kid i hate the taste of it, still do but i manage to choke it down in 6 months i have lost 40 lbs and 6 inches off my waist :) my goal is a size 5

Seemed to me, many of the Amazon positive reviews were "planted"....which I DO see a lot! Few products I've ever seen on an infomercial stand up to scrutiny. Many websites specialize in reviewing the As Seen on TV products. Worth checking. I think that is very high priced. I'd NEVER buy anything from an infomercial with the thought of returning it if i didn't like it.

I don't have that brand, but I do have a blowdryer brush. It's never gotten stuck in my hair, and I love it.

I will not be ordering this product. ravencajun that must have been awful getting a brush stuck in your hair and having to cut it.

I didn't see the brush on Amazon until after posting, I agree some of the reviews are probably planted. jeaninwa what kind of blowdryer brush do you have? I do have the Vidal Sassoon one but it's not the same type of brush.

Many of "As Seen On TV" items end up in your local drug store on a shelf especially reserved for them, usually within a month or so. You might be able to see it in person first before you buy.
