Thank you!!!! We were out of town today at a picnic that Uncle Bill was VERY much looking forward to but was unable to attend. They started his Chemotherapy at about 6:00 Saturday night. It is supposed to last for 24 hours, I think thats what my mother in law said. She said that right now they are thinking he will be able to return home on Tuesday so we have a few days to get the membership count up higher. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your encouraging words and just taking the time to do this for him. I can't tell you how much this means to me. :)

What does "sign-out" mean to you? You most certainly can close any app - then it's not running - would that suffice? The paradigm of apps on a smartphone or tablet is a bit different than using a browser to sign on to a webpage with a PC. As far as speed of input, have you tried voice input (press the microphone icon when you see it)? Or, the Swiftkey/Swype approach where you keep your finger down on the keyboard but move it quickly from letter to letter and it gives you choices for what you spelled. i can do either nearly as fast or faster as typing on a full size keyboard but it did take some practice.

My first thought was that perhaps someone (you or a hacker) had tried unsuccessfully to login your account "n" times and your account was temporarily disabled. But... "There was a process to follow if you wanted a review for a reinstatement ... " That makes me think that they (Facebook) thinks you may have violated their terms of usage. Of course, if your account was hacked, it could have been the person that hacked your account that violated the terms. Unfortunately, I think Mary is right. Nothing to do but file for a review and wait. Maybe the review process is just slower than usual, rather than non-existent.
