Need hep - Looking for "Grandpa" baby clothes

Posted by adellabedella (My Page) on

I need something cute for a little girl in the 9-18 month size. I'd like something along the lines of "I love grandpa." It doesn't have to be those words. I'm searching and haven't found anything suitable yet.

Thanks!

What about taking something that's Grandpa's favorite item of clothing and getting a baby-sized one. Then baby and Grandpa can be dressed alike. Say Grandpa loves his red jacket or his Packers cap or he is known for his blue oxford cloth shirts. All available in baby sizes, I'm sure.

Sorry that won't work. The grandpa has no known favorites like that.

Carters.com has a "Grandpa's Sweetheart" longsleeve onesie in red for $5.And a "Grandpa's Girl" in white for $5. Both in stock in those sizes. But no "I love Grandpa." Try Oshkosh and Children's place.

You didn't like the Old Navy ones in my link? I thought both the short sleeve and the long sleeve were cute.

lydia, your link opens google's main page, not Old Navy .

The Old Navy ones aren't in the right size.

I can find some onsies that say "I love grandpa", but was hoping for some that were either more feminine or cuter. This grandfather has been the only caretaker of this baby for the last month. He needs something to lift his spirits.

Here's a embroidered one at Etsy. Not expensive either.

Thanks! I haven't found anything I like. I may see if I can get something made. My step-mother is good at that type of thing.

CafePress.com, perhaps?

a lot of sayings; several versions of 'grandpa,' 'granddad,' 'papa'; some are "hobby" related -- if he fishes, or plays golf or whatever, the love theme is incorporated with that.

if/when you look at the website, click on the blue link that says "See all products from the xx collection," cuz the illustration may show, say, a onesie, but there are other items with the saying, too.

here are some i came across:

"I can melt my grandpa's heart. What's your superpower?"

"Grandpa: The man, the myth, the legend"

"Only the best dads get promoted to Grandpa"

"If you think I'm cute, you should see my Grandpa"
