I'm sorry...no tips...

Can I crash this post...

I was going to start a post but there is no place to start a post on here for me today..only the posts already started have the place to reply.

Been having lots of trouble in here since my computer crashed.

What I was going to ask in my post was ....."does anyone have a link to get rid of the green words in the posts?"

That was one of the things I lost in the crash.

IF you were to use firefox with adblock plus and easylist it will remove all of those green links and all other ads also and may make your getting here easier since those ads can really cause problems loading pages and taking over pages, it will make the page loads much faster also.

Thanks, I knew I could count on someone here. I am an old diehard IE user that keeps up to date with it running windows 7 at the moment. I also have firefox but prefer IE. Knock on wood I do not have the problems some here seem to have with ads, popups, and other annoying things. PS bookmarked that site to get rid of the pest!!

Okay...I think I've gotten rid of them again...BUT.... I wish they would leave the link on top so I wouldn't have to do it everytime I clean out history and cookies. That's what I had done last night that must have caused them to come back. Connie did you have that link saved somewhere? patti

I contacted GardenWeb about the green words, telling them that it was irritating the last time, and was even more irritating this time. I suggest that anyone who finds that an advertisement injected into a post is inappropriate, contact the GardenWeb and tell them so. They "apologized" the last time this happened. Why should we have to opt out of their invasion of posts?
