This is what she posted on another thread.

I was going to start a post but there is no place to start a post on here for me today..only the posts already started have the place to reply.

Been having lots of trouble in here since my computer crashed.

What I was going to ask in my post was ....."does anyone have a link to get rid of the green words in the posts?"

That was one of the things I lost in the crash.

I would add one suggestion to this...be sure to active your computer cookies, Patti.

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago after resetting my computer resultant from a modem problem. I was in a hurry and didn't realize that resetting my browser also removed all of my acceptable "cookies". After tearing my hair out for about 15 minutes...trying to get rid of the green words...it suddenly dawned on me what the problem was. I reactivated the cookie for Garden Wed and all returned to normal.

You can opt out here or you can simply add it to your content blocker in Opera, Chrome, K-meleon, Safari or Firefox. If you're still using IE, you can add it to the Hosts file to knock it out.

Good morning, right now the computer is doing well, but I had kept the modem unplugged over night, so I don't know how long this session will last. It definitely is the modem, I'll call the ISp this morning and see what they have to say. If it just lasts long enough for me to pay my bills and so some other business stuff, I'll be satisfied (Not happy) Keep you posted. I do enjoy having a kindle and several book on file, reading is a good sport.

I just saw someone was looking for "Pattie" and my first thought was you so I looked for recent activity and, as I said before, nothing shows beyond Nov. d_gw, DD has gmail account. I've tried to "share" to both Yahoo and Gmail accounts. Both rejected it. In my original message, I copied and pasted the rejection language. Friend is on vacation and probably not checking email. She is much less "connected" than most people. diane_nj, the way the software is set up, it cannot be printed, nor can it be saved as a .pdf file. With new grandchildren, I'll be making plenty of photobooks. I've been making photobooks using My Publisher since 2011. I haven't made scads, but I've made enough and made them often enough to be familiar and comfortable with the software. I've used Blurb before but found it more difficult to navigate. If I cannot get this problem resolved, I'm going to have to change to a different company.

Your first response to Elmer included a quote of what I had written, which explained the use of the Backspace key. And included in that response of yours to Elmer, you said that pressing the Backspace key once would take him to the top of this page, and pressing it a second time would take him back one page of his browsing session. That is incorrect. Pressing the Backspace key once (when not in the Comment box, typing like I am) will take you back one page in your browsing session and pressing it a second time will take you back one page further in your browsing section. If you are reading on a page and you want to get quickly to the top of the page, press the HOME key. The PAGE UP key will also move you upwards, but not completely to the top with one press. Depending on how far down the page you are, you might have to press the PAGE UP key several times.

Oh and of course with Chrome and Firefox (at least) you have to add Adblock and then add it in. With Opera, content blocking has been part of the browser for a long time. Which explains why it's probably the most copied browser, but never duplicated.
