Our new $20 bills were just released this week. Our paper money is being replaced with a plastic/polymer material. It lasts much longer and is harder to counterfeit. The problems are that they don't stay folded as paper money does, and if you have some in your pocket, because they are so slippery they easily ride up and fall out. The 100 and 50 bills have been out for a while. Just the 5's and 10's to replace and then we're done. The strip is clear with halogram images imbedded. We've had $1 and $2 coins for years now.

On our trip to France in 2000, we only spent one morning and one afternoon and evening in Paris. We met my wife's cousin and my wife's grandmother and went to the grandmother's place near Versailles. So our only view of the Eiffel Tower on that trip was this view from her cousin's apartment. Later in that trip after Normandy and Calais, we returned to Paris to continue on to Sicily. We saw a number of sights, but didn't make it to the Eiffel Tower then either.

More pictures from our local park. This large estate was willed to the Township by a resident that did well. The township has designated Mother Nature as the principle caretaker. I think the Township and Mom Nature are doing a good job. The last pic is of me enjoying my surroundings to the max!
