| Yesterday's question was
1 in 3 Canadian couples asked to pick which famous movie or tv couple that best represents their relationship.
Today's question is: If you're older than say 35 or 40 you've probably owned a spider. What was it, and what was it used for? |

| The spider I have is a kitchen tool used to stir fry and remove food from the wok and to remove noodles from boiling water. |
| Frying food (my second answer is sport's car, so drive it!) I was close yesterday; Rita Wilson is in When Harry met Sally. It's a cameo, but she's in it. :) |

| Cooking gadget for deep frying or stir fry I own lots of spider veins :( |
| My wonderful Irish grandmother always called her iron skillet a spider. She could cook such great pork chops in that pan. My mother, her daughter, always called hers a frying pan. When I moved to Ohio as a young woman I found that folks there called that pan a skillet. Whatever you call it, I still keep one. There is nothing like it for browning food. |

| I have the spider for deep frying and the Spyder for driving. they are the only spiders I let in the house. |
| Only thought of the Spyder, but we had an Austin Healey Sprite. Sorry, no other answer. Even though I fall well over the upper age, I never had anything I called a spider except the bug. Oh yeah, and spider solitaire. |
