Congrats to you!!! But I guess you didnt see my post about how I founf this violet at my Lowes. By pure accident and NO tag on it, I picked this green blooming violet up for only $4. I never heard of it till that day. About 7 months ago. Then i found out just how expensive it is and how rare it is. That from the grower online it cost over $29 to get a young plant NOT in bloom. My first one died in less than a month, i over watered it. Then i got put on the 'My Violet' notification email system, from Optimara, it tells me when Optimara is shipping to Lowes,... so I have gone back when i know they are freshly in, and I saw up to 10 'MySensations' in a the flat! So I bought 3 of them, about 3 weeks ago. I could have gotten all ten, i love ANY green violet, and knowing this one cost SO much, not even in bloom, but i could get them for $4, in full bloom at Lowes, so I stocked up on them. I am keeping them much drier and they are in full bloom and growing, but they have a 'flat crown'. Not the usual lifted up center. Is this normal for this violet? The flowers are all around the edges, under the outer ring of leaves. But the center is like it was flattened out by an iron:) is this normal? They are growing and putting out new bloom stems, so they are doing great,but the crown is 'flat'.

Just Yanking your chain . In your case a very short chain . The mixture is referred to as Fuel to Oil therefore 50:1 not visa / versa . Are you using a Premium Synthetic Oil ? If not then fuel circuit fouling is causing your engine to starve and not idle properly , Have you inspected the fuel filter and air filter . Did you make peace with your neibour otherwise he may have sugared your fuel lol !

Your method may very well work for you if you have naturally-high humidity. If your humidity plummets, then all bets are off, unless you cover them with an air-tight plastic covering or clear to transluscent container. I just keep a clear plastic storage container partially under a tree for the summer. It is filled with a couple inches of 1/2 perlite and 1/2 potting soil. As I find things to root, in they go into the container. It's protected from bugs and critters, maintains really high humidity and stays warm. I've had success rooting citrus, bougainvillea, holly, and many other things that can be tricky or take a long time. I do use hormone too. But mainly the optimal rooting environment has light, is warm, protected from bugs and critters, fairly free of fungus, and very humid.

Oh no, Joann. I'm sorry to hear that. I ended up with a weird complication this morning. One eye started oozing goo. I called the docs office to speak with a nurse and she said I should get checked out, so I did. They suspect it's indeed a cold virus I'm dealing with, however to give it 2-3 more days and if there is still no improvement they will prescribe an antibiotic. I am now using eye drops, Tessalon Pearls for the relentless cough, and an inhaler standing by for when my coughing gets so bad I can't breathe. They also suspect I'm on the cusp of a sinus infection and that's why my eye is oozing - it's trying to get rid of or reduce bacterial infection. Never heard of such a thing but it is extremely annoying and quite unpleasant to look at. It looks like I've been crying for three days straight- but just the one eye - and is very raw and tender.
