The ham cooked on the grill to free up the oven for the turkey breast and sides. Turned out good! Score, put on rub, let set overnight if possible. Place in roasting pan with water and ham flavor concentrate from Goya. Grill at 250� to 300� for approx. 3 hours depending on size of ham.

That should read 250 to 300 degrees. Guess can't use the degree sign here.
