There's something about a crisp fall night

| Tonight is similar to last night though about 10° warmer. Peaceful, quiet, crisp, cool, no mosquitoes. The stars are bright and seem brighter with only a sliver of the moon showing. I just enjoy standing outside a while, breathing the clean air, only an occasional car going by. Haven't seen any deer for a while, wonder what they're up to. |

| I wondered where they went! Usually during hunting season they come out to antagonize hunters! But I haven't seen any around for several months. |

| We went to the Christmas parade last nite, to see the floats lit up. It was cold, but still above freezing. There's been frost all week, fog this morning. I hope the deer escape/outsmart the hunters. |

| I know several people who used to be anti-hunting of deer... until they hit one with their car. That changed some minds! |
