Magazines you cant read.

I bought BH&G Magazine Makeit Yourself (a special interest.)

I saw a crotched scarf in it that I thought I'd like to try.
After I got it home I found that I could hardly read any of the print it's all in light aqua blue or white on pastel green or light gray font. Terrible
I searched for the website to file a complaint And it is the same way and I couldn't find a "contact us" link that didn't' require one to have an account number. I thought I learned my lesson before but now I wont buy them (any mag)if I cant read it first JMHO

That light coloured print drives me crazy. There is a Canadian magazine my sister always passes along to me to read after she is done with it and I just put it in the recycling bin without even looking at it because they use a that pastel print in many of their articles. Same goes for grey print - I can't read it. Finally our newspaper switched over to a black print which is easier to read. I always check paperbacks and magazines before I buy them to make sure the print is dark enough. I have no problem reading even small print, I just cannot read pastel coloured print

Have you tried those "readers" non-prescription magnifying glasses they sell everywhere? They help me a lot.
