I love Bugles with my favorite fried bologna sandwich on rye with mayo.

Someone said Bugles are great filled with peanut butter.

I love tuna salad on white bread with a handful or small bag of plain potato chips. I don't care for flavored chips- cheese,.barbecue,etc.

Fritos but I never eat them....too much salt and fat.
I never buy chips but will eat a few at a party if they are there.

Almost any saltly/greasy chip is OK with me;)

Kettle brand potato chips (plain). Nice crunch and not too salty. I only have a few and generally add them to my sandwich, not as a side.

I too add chips to my BLT sandwich!

I like Sun Chips and any chip that has Salt and Vinegar.

My fave are sea salt and vinegar, and munchos. I had never had munchos before till about a year ago and I loved them. Don't have them very often though, not everywhere has them.
I like to put plain chips on my tuna sandwiches.
I absolutely love homemade thin sliced potato chips.

Ruffles Reduced Fat. I realize they are not healthy by any stretch of the mind, but they are less greasy and salty to me. I try not to buy a bag unless they are on sale (rare), because I want to eat the whole bag!

Cape Cod potato chips are my choice hands down. Like most of you though I try not to buy them because I can eat a whole bag.

Munchos. $2 a bag! This is for you:

Gabriel's Horns

1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
3 c. original flavor Bugles snacks
3 (2 oz.) squares chocolate candy coating, melted (or white almond bark)

Spoon creamy peanut butter into a small plastic bag; snip a small hole in corner of bag. Squeeze a small amount of peanut butter into each Bugle. Dip the peanut butter-filled Bugle into melted chocolate and place on wax paper to dry. Store in airtight container. Yield: Approx. 3-1/2 dozen

PROBLEM: I couldn't wait to dip the BUgle into the melted chocolate and wait on it to dry :o)

No chips for me. :-(

I wish I didn't have to worry about salt, fat and calories, like all you chip eaters.

Never been a french fries person, so I'd rather eat chips with hamburgers.

Not a ruffles potato chip person either, but most deli's here serve ruffles with their sandwiches. Guess they hold up better in their serving baskets, huh?

I don't eat chips with my sandwich. Too much fat and salt. Most places will let you choose a healthy side of veggies or fruit. Mixed fruit is my fav side.

Good for you, Linda :o)

We buy a bag of Kirkland Kettle Chips every two weeks..usually will feed the family for that time frame..depends on how snacky the boys are..they were originally purchased for hubbys lunches only..but now they go in the boys lunches too..or on a plate with a turkey sandwich for me.

We love Fritos too..I love to scoop tuna up with them.

When I was a kid it was plain lays or sour cream and onion with pickle chips(dill or sweet didn't matter) squished into tuna sandwiches..

In Adamstown PA there is company called Goods.
They make 2 kinds of chips:
The blue box - kettle cooked in lard.
The red box - thinly cut and more in line with most mass produced chips today.

Most people around here specify the blue box...YUM!

As in...."should I get chips for the party?"

"yes. Goods"

(and then almost as an afterthought, but just to be sure..)

"....in the blue box!"

But sadly I almost never have chips at home anymore. Too tempting,,,,and did I mention they are fried in lard?
Lard has about 5 times the saturated fat compared to canola.

But, if f I was eating a sandwich with them, it would be fried sweet bologna with mustard and chips in the sandwich.

I buy a bag of low salt Wise once a month or even less. I only eat six at a time.

I'm with Linda on this and don't eat chips due to the fat and salt. Actually not a sandwich eater either. Much prefer yogurt with sunflower seeds or nuts, fruit and protein bar.
