Ham and pickled okra rollups
Never had them before and I had two today!
Looked up recipe and they are so easy to make. |

| We do dried beef and pickle rollups here all the time. D'oh ... you can't eat just one! |

| Glenda, I do the ham and pickle roll ups all the time and they go over well. I use Claussen kosher dills and good boiled ham. I have a bunch of < 30 year olds that tried them for the first time last year. They scarfed them down!! |

| I do them with the cream cheese and a green onion,Glenda. Just using a sliced ham,be sure you dry it off with a paper towel before trying to apply room temp cream cheese.Then just lay whatever you are using for the green,the long way,roll up and slice in about 1" increments |

| I enjoy pickled okra but don't like the canned okra, it seems too "hairy" in my throat. |

| Just made pickle wraps for football yesterday. Good stuff! I used the baby dills and beef. Use the soft cream cheese, i lay my pickles on paper towels and make sure the beef is not wet also. Yuuuuuuum! |
