speaking of such plants...this is our first year that we grew elephant ears. surprisingly, the deer haven't eaten them. anyway...i have NEVER planted anything that had to be brought indoors before (the elephant ears were NOT my idea and i didn't plant them), but as i suspected, if i don't bring them in, they will be left in the ground. i know that if we get hit with a hard frost, they will be lost. when it seems appropriate to take action, what am i supposed to do? do i just dig them up, cut the growth and then store the bulbs in a box in the garage or something? thanks in advance for any answers... matt

I knew of the outcome because of all the comments here but I still sweat while watching it. For one tired whale being caught for hours, she sure put on a joyful show! So glad this crew was there to free this whale.

Done! It was simple. The only problem I had was my own stupidity. I mistakenly clicked on VT instead of VA and the city of Orange. So of course it came up with 0 first. When I corrected that it was fine and came up with 2 results in Orange, VA. I didn't put in the name of the shelter at all. I just chose VA as the state and Orange as the city, then chose Rikki's when the 2 popped up.
