Ravencajun, I would like some advice if you don't mind. My sister needs to replace her old desktop computer. She is thinking she would like a laptop. She needs something basic and simple. Her vision is very poor and her hands are very crippled. All she needs or wants to do is email, facebook, her online banking and some shopping. Would you have any comments or suggestions of what I should think about and look for? We would appreciate any help.

Cooperbailey, I never heard them called that until I read the article in House Beautiful. Woot just has one item each day usually for a cheap price. But OKL sales are typically 72 hrs and can be as much as 70% off designer retail. They have at least 2 or more items each day (M-F I think) RLL sales last 48 hrs and they have several new items each day (M-sat?). But the best bargains go fast and are quickly sold out. I have hesitated and then gone back only to find what I wanted gone. WARNING: It could be really easy to spend a bunch if you are prone to impulse shopping!

the Pandigital I had was very good I used it a long time till I got another brand and then I passed the PDN on to one of my family so they could use it and still are. They have several models however so that may be the situation. it should be fine as a basic ereader. I prefer them to have the epub format readers because there are so many epub sources including the library books. You may be able to add the kindle for android app to this one Kat but I really don't know since I have not seen one. When you get it let me know the actual model number and i will see what I can find out on it.

Dingo, you keep tempting me! I resisted the Henry Fields Rainbow of Roses last week, hard to resist another one, 5 roses for just under $7.00 each is difficult to resist, I sure don’t need to order anymore roses though, although Henry Fields was a little better deal, still not bad!

All positive, they are fast shipping too. I have ordered many times from them.

Those baking pans with the red handle are my favorite, I have several. I wish that they had the big jelly roll or flat cookie sheet on the sale I need those.

Moni, Moni! I was so tempted, but resisted. The prices were great. I just don't need another thing right now, darn it. Sure had fun looking, though.
