| kat_wa, I believe that is a black-billed magpie. They are in the same family as jays, crows & kingfishers. They are about the length of crows, but with a much longer tail. Quite striking, aren't they. |

| Here is a Magpie and a Raven that were soliciting food from a line of cars waiting to enter the Whittier tunnel south of Anchorage, Alaska. It was just the two of them. They were pretty entertaining.
