| Has anyone been watching the giraffe cam? Autumn JUST gave birth about 10 minutes ago. Go to Google, and type in giraffe cam to watch.
I've been watching off and on for days and was thrilled to be able to watch her labor and delivery. |

| Mamma's grooming her baby -- and the baby's acting like a teen already, ducking her! 'C'mon, mom, you're embarrassing me! Everybody's watching you slobber all over me!' |

| I still haven't seen Autumn nurse the baby. It seems that it is just chasing the mother all over to no avail. Apparently, bottle feeding is common with zoo-born giraffes. :-( It was amazing to watch that bag of wet bones fall to the ground yet end up chasing its mother all over the place in such a short period of time. |
