Ok here is my effort on untangling the scientific description of the Crassula corallina: Perennials with prostrate or decumbent (grows along ground, rather than upright) for up to 8cm long, glabrous (without hairs), herbaceous (not woody) or rarely somewhat woody towards the base with thin tap root and many advantageous roots on the decumbent branches or with a swollen tuberous root with old leaves often remaining attached for a short while. Leaves are sessile (without stalk or petiole), usually angular to obovate(reverse ovate, narrow base, wide above middle) to almost rhombic (3-fold face), 0.3-0.5 (-0.6) cm long, 0.2-0.5 cm broad, usually abruptly tapering into more or less bluntly acute (gradually tapering to a point) apices, cuneate (inversely triangular) to subpetiolate at the basis, more or less convex on both surfaces and thickest near the apices, minutely warted and covered with a greyish wax which often flakes on the exposure surfaces, grey-green to grey-brown, sheath membranous and up to 0.05cm long. Hydathodes scattered over exposed surfaces, mainly on upper parts, clearly visible. Now Crassula corallina is devided into 2 subspecies where there is obvious difference: Crassula corallina subsp. corallina (pic) Differences: Produces fibrous roots up to 0.2 mm in diameter and advantageous roots (roots on the stem at leave base) along branches. Crassula corallina subsp. macrorrhiza Differences: Does not have advantageous roots along branches and a definite swollen taproot! Hope this help a little further..LOL!

I live in SE PA outside of Philly. The house is approximately 3,400 sq feet. I get very little air circulation in the house with open windows and no trees for shade. So the house bakes in the summer. The system I am replacing is the original system, and is 100k BTU's. The compressor seized up. I was told by 2 different HVAC's guys if I replace the compressor I need to replace the AC unit, and need to match the existing furnace, so I am buying old inefficient technology. They both recommended to buy new and get the 10 year warranty. I will also get a $600 PECO rebate and (I think) $500 tax credit. The Bryant dealer suggested he has some room in his quote, I am thinking he might come down a little. I plan on living in the house for a long time. I am thinking if can come down, I might go with him. I am not sure what you are talking about with the evap coil mdl number. Should that be on the quote? Enclosed are the model numbers - Furnace M#355CAV060100, Air Conditioning M# 187BNA048 The installer is raving about how well integrated the Byrant system is, and with the control thermostat I can monitor the complete system. Is it worth it for a guy who sets the temp and never touches it? My wife and kids are in and out all day long. Red flags everywhere. TANSTAAFL. You don’t get million dollar work for $1.98 pay. Any Pro will run for the hills reading that. Which is what sounds like has happened. Take a hard look at your expectations and approach. Or you’re going to be paying 2M for million dollar work just because of the pita tax that appears to need to be charged here.

Love your room and I love sectionals so I think yours is great. The deep blue throughout is beautiful! I would vote against any mirrors. They wouldn't be reflecting a view or serving any function.
