We had a record high for today, 105. Then the cold front came through. Right now, I have 73.5 on my front porch! But granted, the thermometer is on the north/cool side.

I am just 100 and some miles from you and it is 68 here, a nice change for us. It didn't get near that hot here.

Oh I hope that cool comes down this way.
Would be a nice break.

Emma, you must be north of me, cause south of me they still have 100's. The cold front hit around 3 here. When did it hit in your area?

Moni

Yes I live north of you.

It felt very autumn-like today.....and it's only 48º right now. Pull the quilt on tonight, I do believe.

All I can say is "bring it!". I am totally sick and tired of summer, humidity, high temps. This summer has been brutally hot, at least in my opinion. I will be SO glad to see snow fly, LOL.

I could live with 50 degrees, and overcast, every day of my life. Heck, I'd take even colder if there's no wind involved.

I love winters, at least you can add clothes. In the heat there is a limit to how much you can take off without going to jail. LOL

Moni, that's what happened in Amarillo, too. Such a welcome change along with the much needed rain we've had recently.

Autumn can't get here fast enough for me.

Good Morning. It's 55 degrees here this morning. I am sure that won't last long, but it's a nice change.

It's only 85 now, we have had rain every day. Its expected again today. The pool is getting very little use since I've been home.
